Kids will enjoy a sensory art activity while parents can learn about LEAPS, the community effort to create a safer, more inclusive playground at Lakewood Elementary. Siblings are welcome, so families can choose the time that works best for them.
Spring Family Picnic

Join us for our LECPTA Spring Picnic for an easy, joy-filled afternoon designed for the whole family.
We’ll have music playing, bubbles floating, Mexico Lindo taco truck, an ice cream truck, and more to keep everyone smiling. Pack up your favorite family picnic, toss a cooler in the car, grab a blanket, and come settle in on the lawn.
It’s the perfect chance to relax outdoors, let the kids play, and mingle with fellow LECPTA families as we soak up a beautiful spring day together.

This evening is all about connection and low-pressure fun; we'll have informal lessons for those ready to learn the game, but if you'd rather just "wine" down and socialize, there's a seat at the table for you, too!
