What is a Donor-Advised Fund?
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving account that allows you to contribute funds, receive an immediate tax deduction when eligible, and then recommend grants to nonprofit organizations over time. If you have a DAF through Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, DAFgiving360, or another provider, you can recommend a grant to LECPTA directly from your account.
