Our Biggest Night of the Year
The LECPTA Auction Party is our largest annual fundraiser and one of the most fun nights of the year. Each fall, our community gathers for an adults-only evening filled with themed décor, delicious food and drinks, music, laughter, and exciting live and silent auctions.
This special night is about more than just a great party. It is how we come together to make a meaningful impact on our local public schools. Proceeds from the Auction Party directly support Lakewood Elementary and other East Dallas feeder schools, funding educational programs, resources, and experiences that benefit hundreds of students.
It is a night to celebrate our community and invest in our children’s future.

Whether you are new to LECPTA or have attended for years, Auction Party is a highlight of the school year.
What Are Sign-Up Parties?
Community. Connection. Continued Fun.
Sign-Up Parties are smaller, themed social gatherings hosted by LECPTA families in support of the Auction Party fundraiser.
Think of them as bonus celebrations throughout the year. Past events have included Barn Dance, Casting and Cocktails, Beer Olympics, Palm Beach Dreams, The Lakewood Open, or other creative experiences dreamed up by our community.
Each party has a set number of spots available, and guests “sign up” by purchasing a ticket, which go on sale during the Auction Party and can only be purchased if you have checked into the event. Every dollar raised from Sign-Up Parties goes directly back to LECPTA and our schools.
