FAQ

Q:  Is this a rain or shine event?
A:  Yes! We will have tents outside the home in the event of rain. There will be no refunds or exchanges for home tour tickets

Q:  Do I need to tour the homes in a specific order?
A:  No!  View our map below and pick any home as your starting point.

You can visit the six homes in any order throughout the entire two days.

Q:  Must I wear booties inside the homes?
A:  Yes, thank you for helping us respect the space of our homeowners.  We will require that everyone (children included) must wear the provided booties or take off their shoes and wear socks inside the homes.

Q:  Is this a child friendly event?
A:  Out of an abundance of caution and respect for our homeowners, we ask that you do not bring young children or toddlers into the homes. If you choose to bring older children through the homes with you, they will need to purchase a ticket and be closely monitored. Infants must be carried, as no strollers will be permitted in the homes.

A:  No, please respect that each home is the pride and joy of the homeowner. They are opening their doors for all of us to take a peek inside.  We also ask that you please refrain from touching furniture, walls, art or any other objects inside the homes.  Tour them as you would a museum.
