This training helps parents and community members understand the realities of child abuse and empowers them with the language and tools needed to talk with children about personal safety.     In the giving spirit? Please consider bringing a kit, a few items from the list, or making a monetary donation. Gather a few friends and a bottle of wine and build a kit!

Donations allow DCAC to help break barriers for families that may need help when dealing with the aftermath of criminal child abuse. Anything we can provide will help a family and allow them to focus on healing after experiencing the trauma of abuse. DCAC donates about 200 kits every month.    

Essential Needs Kit (Place kits in a reusable grocery bag):

1 bottle laundry detergent/box of laundry pods 

1 bottle all-purpose cleaner 

4 pack of toilet paper 

1 roll of paper towels 

2 sponges 

1 bottle dish soap 

 Toiletries Kit (Place kits in a reusable grocery bag):

1 bottle shampoo - family size   

1 bottle conditioner - family size 

1 bottle body wash - family size   

4 pack toothbrushes 

1 large toothpaste
