This 1927 English Tudor reflects the magnificent, solid construction of Dines and Kraft, gracing many beautiful properties across Lakewood in the 1920s and 30s. The stunning home amazes at curbside, as the lush hillside, majestic trees, and meandering stone walkway beckon visitors into this charming, traditional manor. Originally close to 3,500 square feet, the home has been beautifully remodeled, nearly doubling in size, including a finished-out third floor attic and open-layout family room in back. The interior design details are meticulously maintained including arched doorways, original stained glass, antique light fixtures, and custom cabinetry blending with traditional features. A previous window-less addition now bursts with sunlight on lustrous hardwood floors and antique furniture, including an 1800’s Austrian grand piano. Exterior water features enhance the home’s historic character including a stone-encircled fountain and pond designed by the owner’s daughter.
